BRADS offers this service to both new and existing customers, providing full documentation which can be used together with existing HACCP & GMP procedures. We use a pull test kit to test the strength of the magnetic separators in terms of Kgs/Lbs. The pull test kit consists of test pieces and tools which have been selected to offer maximum flexibility for testing a broad range of separation equipment and configurations. 

The report also assesses the general state of the magnets and identifies where remedial action is required. We also supply accompanying tags & photographs which are included in the certificates for ease of identification.
